EOS is the newest model which is expected to be announced at the Nokia event on 11 June. In these recent days, there are too many leaked about this device. Before this, rumors talked about the changing name of EOS or Lumia 1020 to Nokia 909.

HTC One update 4.2.2 Jelly Bean available in Europe

This is the good news to HTC One’s user. The new software 4.2.2 is rolling out to European in any country with 4g version in these days after the update released in Taiwan.

According to Android Central Forums, the 417MB file update to version 2.24.401.1 already revealed to consumer in Scandinavian countries. And the file will release to another country in Europe.

Does anyone know EOS? EOS is the new smartphone which produce by Nokia and had many rumors talking about it. The device is not announced yet but many photos and function has been leaked. As we knew, the last code name of EOS is Lumia 1020 with the pure view Camera 41 mega pixels. And now something has change with the code name of EOS.

What happened with EOS’s codename? In this recent day, The latest tweet says, “New info pegs EOS not as the Lumia 1020, but Nokia 909,” which at first glance is rather fitting, but then gets slightly more baffling. It’s fitting because the EOS is expected to use Nokia’s PureView 41-megapixel camera, which makes it the unofficial sequel to the PureView 808 from 2012.

Many people said because of Nokia try to produce the first phone in a series of super special phones by themselves which it would be to keep separate from its mainstream the Lumia Window phones. Compared to the first 3 month 2013, HTC has been more profit but they still under the financial problem.

More than 70% of smartphone such HTC, Samsung, LG  which we use today run on Android without the Google Edition and you are not really getting the real experience (Google Experience) with your Android devices.

Below is how to root your devices and installed the Rom with Google Edit. Noted you must backup all your necessary documents in order not to getting lose your data. Warning, it’s can be damage your devices or your device going out of warranty after root.

You need a GSM version of the HTC One that is rooted and has a custom recovery (CWR or TWRP) installed before you start. You’ll find the ROM for Android 4.2.2 with Google apps in this thread at XDA Developers. We’ll assume you’re using ClockWorkMod Recovery. Here are the next steps.

1. Download the ROM to your HTC One and save it on your SD card.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons and use Volume Down to navigate to Recovery, and then hit the Power button to select. Your phone will reboot in recovery mode.
3. Choose wipe data/factory reset and then choose Yes – delete all user data then hit wipe cache partition and choose Yes – wipe cache and then tap Advanced and hit wipe dalvik cache and tap Yes – wipe dalvik cache.
4. Go back and hit install zip from sdcard and then install zip from sdcard and navigate to wherever you saved the ROM, select it and hit Yes. It might take a while to install. Once it is done you want to reboot the phone and you should see a new Google logo during boot up which indicates that the install was successful and your HTC One is now a Google Edition device.

The process for the Galaxy S4 is basically the same, but you’ll need a different ROM. There are actually a few different stock Android 4.2.2 ROMs available for the S4 and there’s a leaked Android 4.3 ROM. You can find both in this thread at XDA Developers.

Bear in mind there have been some problems reported with the 4.3 version and it hasn’t been rooted yet, so you won’t be able to root after you flash that ROM. It’s probably best to go for the 4.2.2 ROM right now.

Once again, if you encounter any issues, your best bet is to post in the XDA Developers forum thread where you got the ROM.

The Xperia ZU will be released after the summer. The exact date and price of the device is unknown yet.
